THE GUIDELINESGlossaryTo facilitate the discussions within the CLEF project, a glossary has been drafted. CLEF glossary GuidelinesThe results of each forum meetings are summarised and transferred into guidelines, which are directed at consumer organisations. At the end of the project, all the guidelines will be compiled into a single document. Final guidelinesThese guidelines are the outcome of the CLEF project. They consist of:- General guidelines on consumer redress; - Checklists for consumer organisations' strategy on collective redress; - Specific guidelines for collective actions in competition, unfair commercial practices, contract law and tort law, and financial services Guidelines for Consumer Organisations on Enforcement and Collective Redress First Forum Guidelines General considerations for consumer organisations' involvement in consumer redress Second Forum Guidelines Background paper - competition and unfair commercial practices Guidelines for consumer organisations engaging in competition and unfair commercial practices cases Third Forum Guidelines Guidelines on product safety, tort law and contract law Fourth Forum Guidelines Guidelines for consumers' organisation on financial services The primary aim of the project is to establish a Consumer Law Enforcement Forum (CLEF).
