To facilitate the discussions within the CLEF project, a glossary has been drafted.
 CLEF glossary



Guidelines


The results of each forum meetings are summarised and transferred into guidelines, which are directed at consumer organisations.

At the end of the project, all the guidelines will be compiled into a single document.


Final guidelines

These guidelines are the outcome of the CLEF project. They consist of:
- General guidelines on consumer redress;
- Checklists for consumer organisations' strategy on collective redress;
- Specific guidelines for collective actions in competition, unfair commercial practices, contract law and tort law, and financial services
